Our own software, included
Every computer and server you have runs AI Business IT, the monitoring software we built ourselves. It tells us the moment something starts going wrong, so we see the problem before it becomes your problem. It is part of the agreement, not an extra.
The systems in the building come with it
The phone system, the cameras, the attendance machine, the alarm and the rest of what we install sit under the same agreement, whether we put them in or somebody else did, as long as they are in decent shape. One company, one agreement, and when something breaks it is never a question of whose problem it is.
How IT management is charged
One monthly amount, per company. We shape it around what you have and what we look after for you. No two agreements are the same, but the idea is simple: one predictable monthly cost, with no surprises.
How the agreement starts
You tell us about the business. We look at what you have. You get a clear number, and we take over from there. If what you have is a mess, it goes through the overhaul first. We do not take over a setup we cannot answer for.
