What comes to the workshop
Pick the machine. It opens a WhatsApp message to us, and you tell us what it does.
A laptop, a computer, a printer, a server. You call or message, book a time, and it comes to the workshop.
We collect it and bring it back. Pickup and delivery are charged on their own, apart from the repair.
The workshop is part of the agreement. Your machines come to the workshop and go back, and it is our job.
How a repair goes

Call or message, say what the machine is and what it does, and pick a time to drop it off or have it collected.
- 02Diagnosis and a number
We tell you what it needs and what it costs. Nothing starts before you agree, and if it cannot be repaired the repair costs nothing.
- 03Repair and test
Genuine parts, and every machine is tested before it leaves the workshop.
- 04Back to you
Collect it, or we bring it back. The repair carries a warranty.
What the workshop changes for you
- Back up your files first. We take care, but a repair can cost the data on a machine, and we are not responsible for it. Copy what matters before it comes in.
- You are kept informed. You hear when it has been looked at, what it needs, and when it is ready.
- Repaired instead of replaced. And told plainly when replacing is the better deal.
